Preschool Applicants:

• No transcript or reference forms are required for preschool applications.

K-5 Applicants:

• Current report card or transcript for each student applying.
• One email address for an educational reference form is required.

6-12 Applicants:

• Current report card or transcript for each student applying
• Three email addresses are required:
  • One for a Math reference
  • One for an English/Language Arts reference
  • One for a Spiritual reference

NEW FAMILY/ NEW APPLICANTS

If this is your first time applying to SFCA, please begin by Creating an Account. Once logged in, complete the New Student Application for your child. You will have the flexibility to log in and out of your account to access and update your application as needed. After submission, you can track your child’s admissions status, print the completed application, monitor the receipt of supplemental forms, and reprint them if necessary.

Current Family/ New Applicant

If you have previously created an application account for a past SFCA student, click Application to log in. From there, complete the New Student Application for your child. You can log in and out of your account to access and update your application. After submission, track your child’s admissions status, print the completed application, monitor the receipt of supplemental forms, and reprint them if needed.
